Every product is 100% guaranteed for satisfaction and for analysis. If there is ever a need to return a product, please refer to the following policies and procedures:

RETURN POLICY

Credit for returns will only be given to purchased product within a year of the purchase date. You must get return authorization from AHO and the product must be in restock condition, as deemed by AHO. Free product (i.e. samples, promotional goods, replacement product) is not eligible for credit. Any shipping charges incurred for a return will be paid for by the returnee.

Overstock Product

Overstock returns must be unopened, unmarked and must be no less than 12 months prior to expiration as marked on the product. A 20% restocking fee will apply to any overstock return meeting these requirements.

Expired Product

If product is 6 months or more from expiration, we will replace reasonable quantities with the same product or one of equal value. Product less than 6 months from expiration and expired product will not be replaced or exchanged.

Damaged Product

Damage to bottles or labels, incapable of sale, will have an additional 2% restocking fee. If damage occurred during shipment from AHO, please contact us within 7 days of receipt. Otherwise, it is non-returnable.

Unique Ingredients &amp; Research

Antioxidants from plant polyphenols provide nutritional support for challenging, often chronic health issues. The antioxidant&nbsp;Bioflavanol&nbsp;in AHO products is an extract containing oligomeric proanthocyanidins or OPCs. OPCs are in extracts of curcumin, pomegranate, pcynogenol (pine bark), cranberries or grape seed. AHO formulas can be used alone or in combination with other traditional veterinary therapies. Pet owners often want to use a product other than NSAIDs or other drugs for chronic conditions.
