<p>FREIGHT / TRANSPORTATION:</p>

<p>Shipments will be made &ldquo;best way&rdquo; at the discretion of Modern Veterinary Therapeutics, LLC. If customer requests special shipping, handling or routing, extra shipping costs may be added to the invoice and are the customer&rsquo;s responsibility.</p>

<p>CLAIMS FOR DAMAGE IN TRANSIT and/or SHIPPING ERRORS:</p>

<p>Title to goods sold passes to the customer upon delivery of merchandise to the carrier. Transportation companies assume all liability from the time shipment leaves our dock, and the customer is responsible for verification of shipments received from Modern Veterinary Therapeutics, LLC.</p>

<p>Claims for damages, shortages, losses, or pilferage in transit are the responsibility of the receiving party. As an added service, Modern Veterinary Therapeutics, LLC, will assist by filing these claims.</p>

<p>Shipping errors will be accepted for full credit, provided Modern Veterinary Therapeutics, LLC is notified within five (5) working days from date of receipt</p>

<p>RETURN GOODS POLICY:</p>

<p>With the following exceptions, Modern Veterinary Therapeutics, LLC will not accept returned goods.</p>

<p>1. Product shipped to customers with less than six (4) months dating if notified within five (5) days of receipt.</p>

<p>2. Product involved with shipping errors by Modern Veterinary Therapeutics, LLC if notified within five (5) days of receipt.</p>

<p>No credit will be issued for concealed damaged product which is not reported to Modern Veterinary Therapeutics, LLC or delivering carrier within 15 days of receipt.&nbsp;</p>

<p>No credit will be issued for returned goods without prior authorization&nbsp;from our office.&nbsp;</p>

<p>Unauthorized returns made to Modern Veterinary Therapeutics, LLC become the property of Modern Veterinary Therapeutics, LLC which reserves the right to dispose of the merchandise and declare no credit value.</p>
